Waaah! I reached the 100^th mark on this blog and I’m thankful and happy! Yey!

I actually have a load of stories to tell from the recent Cebu vacation I had but I’m going to have to pause writing about that because being able to maintain this after three years, even with just a measly 100 posts (some of which are unimportant and irrelevant to everyone but me), is a reason to celebrate.

I’m thinking, I finally found a way to sustain long-term relationships, haha!

Seriously though, this blog has been the outlet for my frustrations, adventures, celebrations and whatever two cents worth I have in mind and even without my friends and some nameless people who continue to visit and read my posts, I feel that maintaining this has been my therapy. For here I am able to unload things I wouldn’t normally bring up in a conversation, I can talk about myself, bask in my glories and dwell in my sorrows with no one to judge me. It’s my page anyway:). It’s just a small amount of freedom but one that means a lot.

This blog has made talking to myself easier and sane-looking:D. Happy 100^th post!:) 

And oh, I have other tiny celebrations to do, because:

•  Kris Allen is the new American Idol. Yeah, I know Adam Lambert is the better belter but Kris is the man for me, he doesn’t need to scream to make an impact and to prove that he can sing, record and sell. I liked Adam too but quite frankly, the few times I was wowed, I mean really wowed by Adam, were during his Tracks of my Tears and If I Can’t Have You performances. Most of the time, I just saw him as a screaming machine. After my big disappointment over Danny Gokey’s loss, I regained my Idol spirit with Kris’ win! Woohoo!
• My bag is coming!!! As almost everyone close to me knows, I am a bag addict and so I took this addiction to the next level. I had a bag custom-made and after two weeks, it’s now ready for pick-up. It’s kind of pricey though and I may have to start packing my own lunches from today till the next weeks but it’s totally worth it!
• School is opening soon. Although that doesn’t come to me as good as the first two because aside from the need to rock my savings for this semester’s tuition, I may have to add a few more units to beat my own graduate school deadline. The happy part is that I’ve never been this excited to go back to school. Probably because I now have a clearer path and with just a few more units and semesters, I’ll be done. Haaay, what a relief I get just by imagining it.
